Psalm 118:25-29

25Save now, I pray, O Lord;
O Lord, I pray, send now prosperity.
26Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!
We have blessed you from the house of the Lord.
27God is the Lord,
And He has given us light;
Bind the sacrifice with cords to the horns of the altar.
28You are my God, and I will praise You;
You are my God, I will exalt You.
29Oh, give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!
For His mercy endures forever.

Life moves fast, especially in today's day and age. It can become easy to busy ourselves and pay little mind to the work of the Lord. The challenge I pose to you today is a simple one that requires a little more effort from you. Set aside 15 minutes and prayerfully consider the impact that salvation has had on you and continues to have on you. Consider the sacrifice that took place of the Son laying down His life for us. At the end of those 15 minutes, set aside another 5 minutes and praise the Lord for the salvation He has given you. Rejoice in a whole heart. Share with the Lord how that salvation has impacted you. Have conversation with Him about it. Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good. His mercy endures forever.
