Psalm 99:6-9

6Moses and Aaron were among His priests,
And Samuel was among those who called upon His name;
They called upon the Lord, and He answered them.
7He spoke to them in the cloudy pillar;
They kept His testimonies and the ordinance He gave them.
8You answered them, O Lord our God;
You were to them God-Who-Forgives,
Though You took vengeance on their deeds.
9Exalt the Lord our God,
And worship at His holy hill;
For the Lord our God is holy.
-Psalm 99:6-9

Here we are given examples of the Lord's faithfulness. Take this as a resource and a reminder for you. The basis of the Lord being faithful is not based upon nothing. He has been faithful all throughout history. He was faithful to Moses, and Aaron. As Samuel called upon His name, the Lord answered. I even think of Peter as he began to sink after walking on water. He called out to Jesus to save Him, and our Lord was faithful to save Him.

It is a very enjoyable study to go through these popular stories throughout Scripture and recognize all the amazing ways that the Lord continued to show His faithfulness. As we serve Him, our response to this is perfectly captured in verse 9. Exalt the Lord your God!
